At 7,000 feet elevation, winters bring some of the highest snowfalls in the area, ranging from 6 inches to 5 feet annually. Don't worry our streets and parking lot are regularly plowed. Summers are vibrant with outdoor concerts, festivals, fishing, and hiking. A short walk from the property leads to scenic trails and the peaceful sounds of the nearby creek.
