Bloomington Transit runs along Sare Road with a stop right outside the complex. Biking is easy on the multi-use trail. Details: - Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Luckily, this is an all electric home! So you'll have electric, water, and internet/cable (if you want either). - The townhome is freshly painted and we just installed new flooring throughout: hard flooring on the first floor (kitchen, living room, and half bath); and new carpet on the stairs and second level (2 bedrooms) - The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.
