About the Room Spacious private bedroom Walk-in closet with lots of storage Large window with natural light Located on the same floor as the other girls Bathroom shared with one girl you get your own sink + storage About the House Located in Folsom Ranch $875/month + utilities (~$90) New build, clean, and well-kept Housemates: 2 couples (20s) + 1 girl in her 20s who is rarely home Friendly, respectful, and easy-going household 2 cats + 2 dogs in the home (so no additional pets) Move-In Flexibility The landlord has the final say on payment arrangements, but both she and I are willing to work with you if you need flexible options for the first month.
