Great one bedroom apartment right near the heart of downtown Lancaster. It is a short walk to Central Market and is just around the corner from the main shopping street downtown. It is close to great restaurants and is an easy walk to the trail station, bus station and the hospital as well. It has large (new) windows and was recently given a full cosmetic makeover. It is on the first floor in a well maintained old city building that has a ton of character. The tenant is responsible for the electric utility and we cover the water and trash bills. It also includes access to the shared laundry room for the building (not coin operated). Pets are permitted, but certain limitations apply. We have the restrictions and pet fees listed on our pre app along with some other FAQ. Parking is on the street and you can get a street permit to park for free from the city parking authority. While we do not have parking with this building we do own a parking lot about a block away that we rent spaces in if you would like off street parking. There are also several parking lots right behind the building that rent spaces for about the same rate. We do not charge for our pre app or application if you decide you would like to apply for the apartment. We do, however require the pre app before doing any showing of the unit to make sure there are no red flags we need to discuss in advance. Typical lease is one year, but we do allow shorter term leases for a 10% premium.
