The apartment itself has great natural light, good sized rooms, two closets, and a great bathroom. Tenants have access to a shared laundry room and can buy into the building wi-fi package (gigabit speed, unlimited devices). While the apartment has no off street parking, there are several lots behind the building that currently have spaces for rent and are quite affordable. We own a parking lot around the corner we rent spaces for $60/month in. It is also possible to get a street permit so you can park for free right out front without having to pay the meters. Pets are permitted, but limitations apply, so please let us know what you have. The pet fees depend on the number of pets and the size (large gods over 40 pounds have an added cost) Tenant pays the electric bill and can buy into the building wifi package if they would like. Landlord pays the water and trash. Short term leases may be considered at a premium. Typical term is one year.
