Bedroom furniture pictured can be purchased from the previous owner at a low price, or you can bring your own. We also have ample closet, basement, and garage storage space. You will be joining two young professionals who are clean, quiet. and friendly. You will share a bathroom with one other person. Cats aren't allowed, and female inquiries will be preferred. Month to Month lease term expected, could extend as desired. No smoking indoors. Renters are responsible for basic yard maintenance (weed pulling).
