My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill a vacancy in our peaceful home close to campus around mid- to late-December. Area/ neighborhood: We live on a safe and quiet street in Nob Hill. We are less than a mile away from North and South Campus of UNM. Room: You will have a bright and private unfurnished bedroom (113 sq ft) and a shared bathroom. Other house features: Washer/ dryer, spacious backyard with a pergola and hammocks, basement, furnished common spaces, stocked kitchen, dishwasher, hardwood/ tile floors. Parking: Locked garage for a small- to medium-sized car or bikes. You may also park in the driveway or on the street. Rent: $780/ month. Water and trash/ recycling are included. Electric and WiFi are additional costs. Ideal move-in date: Mid- to late-December, but it is flexible. Lease length: Flexible, but we would prefer someone to stay around at least half a year. About your roommates: We are two female professionals in our mid-twenties. We enjoy chatting, the outdoors, and doing things around the city, especially trying out different restaurants. We also respect each others' independence and try not to be too disruptive. We are hoping to find someone who is also clean, respectful, and communicative and has a similar mindset and interests!
