Automatic sprinkler system. Interested applicants, please read the entire lease description below. Only completed Zillow rental applications will be considered. NO SMOKING in house or on premises. Owner/landlord pays the HOA fees which include neighborhood pool and park for you to enjoy all summer long. Owner/landlord also pays for garbage and recycling and will provide snow removal on the public sidewalks. Tenant is responsible for mowing (lawn mower provided), shoveling private sidewalk/driveway, and maintaining the backyard. Tenant pays for all utilities (water, gas, electricity) and cable/internet. All applicants must be eighteen years or older and have verifiable current employment and proof of income of three times the rental rate. If they have been at their job for six months or less, they must provide verification of prior employment. All adults must complete a rental application and be listed on the lease as a resident, having full liability to fulfill all terms and conditions. The non-refundable application fee for background and credit checks must be paid before the approval process can begin. Applicants must consent to a background and criminal investigation search. Criminal charges and/or convictions may be grounds for denial. Credit reports must be in at least good and acceptable standing. 3 Bedroom: max occupancy of six persons. 2 pets maximum. With signed pet agreement, approved dog negotiable for $250 non-refundable fee each at time of lease or time of purchase or adoption, and annually if lease is renewed.
