This place has been a great rental property. Lots of natural light in every room, great upgrades, off-street parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and rent includes water, trash, and sewage. Great staff and service during the 14 months I have lived here. The rent amount is estimated and will likely be lower, but advertising a higher price since the new rate is unknown to me.
