This unit is private, separate from our home and has offstreet parking in the driveway. The studio features a fenced patio for entertaining and grilling. We are close to Edgewater High, ABC, I-4, Foxtail Coffee/Kelly Ice Cream (temptation!) and most importantly Ollies Public House, Corner of Par and Edgewater Drive. Lot of owners who walk their dogs by out house. The unit requires the tenant to pay for electric. Water and trash pick up is included in the rent. We have provided an internet connection from our network at no cost to the tenant and that seems to work well. We are delighted to welcome a puppy as well as cats. Please be advised that we lost two darling outdoor cats to coyotes. We are flexible on occupancy.
