this is a two bedroom upper unit with an updated kitchen and a newly remodeled bathroom also has a deck overlooking the backyard which is very peaceful and relaxing. We are located on a dead end street with a park at the end of the road (Cooper's hawk Park) in a gorgeous neighborhood right across from alverno college so it is perfect for students looking for a place to stay close to the school... there is parking right in front of the house that doesn't require a permit. There is a possibility of 1 parking spot in the driveway which will be talked about in person if needed. The backyard has a privacy fence and a small sitting area with a fire pit. there is a washer and dryer hookup in the basement along with a storage unit. This housing unit comes with a stove a refrigerator and an air conditioning unit. No dogs allowed but 1 or 2 cats are welcome. The property is located 5 minutes away from I-94 (miller parkway) and i-43 ( Loomis ave next to Layton ave) along with a small dollar store gas station and a number of other small businesses right in and next to the neighborhood (all within walking distance) serious inquiries only please first month last month and security deposit are required but can be spread out in the first 2 months if needed... this is a two bedroom so no more than two adults and two kids will be accepted there is a family with a young child that lives in the lower unit so occupants must be quiet and respectful. there is a further background check along with a $20 application fee due to a fake posting (attempted scam)on Facebook which has been taken down the only legitimate places this is advertised is Zillow Trulia and HotPads please do not let this deter you this unit rents out quickly so if you're interested you should apply as soon as possible I am the owner of the property feel free to call me with any questions owner pays for trash water sewer gas, heat.
