This lot is the last owned by the original Curtis family members for whom Curtis Street, Curtis Circle, Curtis Elementary are named for and who grew up in the old Curtis house on Rt. 10 right behind this lot. Good Buildable lot in the heart of Chester...quick to Interstates 95 and 295, Rt 288, or Courthouse Seller has owned for so long that he is unsure of any public utility needs, although it appears Dominion is about to put electricity underground per signage on street and it appears other homes on Curtis Circle have welll/septic. VDOT has not maintained the road well and we are making efforts to get that addressed.
