The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. We are located between Lake Sumter Landing (about 20 minutes by golf cart) and Brownwood Town Center (10 min by golf cart) and within a 5 minute walk to the Charlotte pool. Publix plaza is also just 5 minutes away. This house is available unfurnished. This site shows our house fully decorated so you can see what furnishings will look like. A beautiful new tile floor has been installed throughout the home, which the pictures don't yet reflect. Rent is $2,500 per month. Tenant will be responsible for electric, cable, internet/phone, water (inside use/sewage), and temporary IDs. Owner will pay for irrigation and lawn care, amenity fee, sanitation fee, and all taxes. Security deposit is due with signed lease within 7 days of booking. Security deposit equals one months rent. The first months rent is due 45 days before the lease begins.
