This property has wall air conditioning. We prefer (12 month stay) at $7500/month, open to some negotiation on the rent for shorter stays of 1-9 months. Minimum stay of 1-month due to zoning regulations. If you rent less than one year - the months of December, April, June, July, and August the rent increases to $8500/30 days, this can be negotiated on longer leases* Application required for all intended occupants age 18+. Utilities: ask us if they are included or separate 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
