IF YOUR APPLICATION MEETS THE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS, WE NEED TO VERIFY YOUR EMPLOYMENT, RENTAL HISTORY, ANDYOU WILL NEED A BACKGROUND CHECK: We will need to see the entire report, so you can print a full copy of your report and this won't affect your credit. Option #2: We will send you a link from RentPrep's SmartMove to provide a credit report and background check which costs $29.95 per person. This will show up on your credit as an inquiry.
