Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Trash or food is not to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Fast internet will allow you to work remotely should you need to.
