It's about a 15 minute drive to SDSU, less than 5 minutes from downtown La Mesa area and the recently growing Broadway area in Lemon Grove. The house is located in a newly constructed town home community called the Terraces completed in 2024. The room has an en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The house has all electric appliances including an in unit washer and dryer! The house has a small balcony and the complex has a courtyard, community gardens, and charcoal grills for us to use! You would also have a covered garage parking space. Note: there are 2 flights of stairs to your room (it's a 3 story townhome and bedrooms are on top floor). Bedroom now has a ceiling fan installed, video was taken right after construction completed. Rent will be $1350 plus utilities. And a $1000 security deposit. Room is available for move in beginning March 7th, 2025 (can be negotiable according to schedule if you're the right fit)! References required.
