    Urban Oasis- Discovery Park. I have recently finished a massive remodel and renovation of the lower, daylight level 1 bed and 1 bath unit. Large master bedroom has new carpet w closet plus direct access to high-end tiled bathroom w tiled surround shower and massive closet/storage room w new Washer and Dryer. There are 2 large walk-in closets throughout the unit and one standard sized closet in bedroom. Recently installed wide plank, handscraped engineered hardwoods throughout the rest of the unit. The "Dricore" flooring was installed under the engineered hardwood to maximize warmth, dryness, sound proofing and comfort. Tiled surround gas fireplace w remote in addition to in-wall electric heat in bedroom and bathroom. The main room is wide open and easy to create various sections for living room, dining room off kitchen, office/den, etc. 1 parking space in driveway is included. The house sits across the street from Discovery Park. You can see the trees of the park and watch the sunset dip behind them from the front n side yard. Thornton Creek is in the backyard providing tranquility and privacy abound...including a heron preserve. You'll wake up to birds chirping daily. It is literally an urban oasis in the middle of the city. There are plenty of fenced, private outdoor spaces for BBQ and enjoying the summer sunshine. Tenant pays for a portion of utilities including water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, Xfinity wifi and Comcast premium TV is hooked up and all are ready to go(average monthly utility cost for the unit is $300) There is also options for gardening and yard work- if you desire. Otherwise- I will take care of the yard work but there is space to make garden beds and grow as much as you like. I am open to partially furnishing the unit including BBQ, outdoor furniture (including table, chairs, loungers), +50 inch TV, furniture like large desk, side tables, cabinets, area rugs, some artwork etc are potentially available for your use. The hardwoods are amazing and almost brand new so hoping to find someone that can appreciate the new remodel and upgrades and of course treat it like it's your own. There is an outdoor shed w lock that has decent sized, secure storage for things like bikes, camping gear, seasonal items, etc. Any additional info/questions- feel free to ask. I'm flexible with lease terms but hoping for $1250 security/hardwood floor deposit. No pets.
