Otherwise- I will take care of the yard work but there is space to make garden beds and grow as much as you like. I am open to partially furnishing the unit including BBQ, outdoor furniture (including table, chairs, loungers), +50 inch TV, furniture like large desk, side tables, cabinets, area rugs, some artwork etc are potentially available for your use. The hardwoods are amazing and almost brand new so hoping to find someone that can appreciate the new remodel and upgrades and of course treat it like it's your own.
