Any repairs to property the renter agrees to pay for the first $50 of cost of repair during each calendar month. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be solely the responsibility of the renter. No kerosene space heaters allowed. Currently no telephone/cable tv/internet services hookups are on the premises. Any installation or repair charges are the sole responsibility of the renter.
