    This property is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhome in the Western Branch area known for its great school system. Finding a spacious 3 bedroom unit like this is rare. Nice to have a little room to spread out. Property has been completely repainted and has new carpeting in bedrooms and LVP downstairs. I have on order all new kitchen appliances - refrigerator, stove and dishwasher in stainless due for delivery by July 3. There are 2 offstreet parking spots. On the rear of the house is a nice deck for a grille or a couple of chairs to hide away from the world. I am a private owner and live locally. All of the houses that I rent all have long term tenants which shows that we all work well together. I dont like things broken and am usually very quick to respond. This unit has a reasonably new HVAC so its pleasant in summer and winter. For our heroes moving to southern Virginia, you are centrally located 10 minutes from USCG Portsmouth, 10 minutes Joint Forces Command, 20 minutes NOB and 20 minutes Langley. This property is non smoking and I prefer no pets. Section 8 can apply also. Tenant pays water, electric and cable/internet. No pets preferred but open to review. Tenant must either utilize our tenant screening service and/or provide a full credit history and employment history.
