Landscaping, lawn, and yard areas must be maintained throughout the tenancy and returned at move-out in the same condition as at move-in, normal wear and seasonal changes excepted. Damage, neglect, or failure to maintain the yard may result in charges or deductions from the security deposit as permitted by Washington State law. Irrigation & Water Use: Tenant is responsible for proper watering of the lawn and landscaping and must use any irrigation systems responsibly to prevent damage or excessive water use. Noise & Nuisance: Tenant shall not create or permit excessive noise, disturbances, or nuisances that interfere with neighbors' quiet enjoyment of their property.
