Bedroom has 3 portrait windows with sheer and blackout drapes, a ceiling fan, modest sized wall-in closet. Room can come furnished for an additional charge of $20/month or you can bring your own furnishings. Provided furniture will include a full-size bed, desk, floor lamp, and bookshelf. High speed internet LAN in limited spaces, wifi in all rooms. Shared spaces include: 1st floor - foyer, stoop, garage storage areas not for parking 2nd floor - kitchen with refrigerator, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, island counter-height bar, dining area with seating for 6; family room with tv; media center; various game consoles; powder room /half-bathroom, deck with patio table for casual outdoor dining 3rd floor - laundry closet with full size washer dryer appliances, upstairs hallway and linens shared 2 Car garage spaces can be had for an additional $75/month but side street parking is ample and no driveway parking is against HOA restrictions. Currently occupied by 1 resident and on weekends a large senior dog & nonbinary person. Ideally fems and thems but open to others. Seeking a COVID-conscious and LGBTQIA-friendly roommate. -Covid conciousness, masking in populated indoor quarters in public transit or other indoor public spaces (nonnegotiable: as I am immunocompromised). -Senior 70 lb shepherd dog mix lives with the owner in house on weekends. -Smoking is allowed outside on the deck and outside the building. -Street parking is the only no-cost option and can be quite competitive after a certain time of day. -Parking in the 2 car garage can be added on for up to 2 cars but $75 per month add-on fee. -Utilities are split between each tenant evenly and paid a week after all bills have been accumulated and distributed to all tenants for that month, about the 25th of the month.
