Our property is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom beautiful home located on lake Lewisville. Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare delicious meals including a coffee pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, food processor and so much more! The master room has two queen beds as well as a TV. The master bath is attached with a large walk-in closet, has a walk-in steam shower and oversized jetted tub (or hot tub). Three guest rooms have two queen beds and a closet with extra pillows and blankets. The living room has a large grey sectional sofa, board games and a TV. Note there is a shade screen that can be moved to cover the windows and block the light if you are watching TV during the day. The media room which duels as a sleeping area has an oversized sectional sofa and leather grey sofa to provide more than enough seating for large groups. There are 8 Roku TVs perfect for sports enthusiasts on Game Day! We provide access to Netflix & Hulu, you are more than welcome to connect any of your personal accounts to the smart TVs. The room also features a wet bar with a mini-fridge. We have several cots that can be moved into this room. The dinning room can seat up to 10 people. There is also seating for 10 people in the kitchen area split between the high top table and the counter. Guest bathroom has a steam shower and tub for a bath which also has a waterfall massage feature. Our outdoor fire pit is a beautiful space to sit and enjoy some relaxing time by the lake. There are two permanent hammocks (which seat two each) for seating as well as six adirondack chairs. Note that we don't provide fire wood. The back yard features a sleek outdoor dinning table that seats 8 overlooking the Koi Pond. There is additional outdoor seating by the above ground pool. We have some pool toys you are welcome to use. Direct Lake Access behind the house with a shallow area to pull your boats or jet skis up to beach. The marina and boat ramp is less than 3 miles away. Note the beach is not ideal for kids to play in, however the Little Elm Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Three car garage with half bathroom inside the garage.
