A gorgeous sunroom overlooking the large outdoor deck and the lake creates a living space that you will not want to leave. A small fenced-in yard includes a garden space for vegetables or flowers. The cottage has two small bedrooms and would be ideal for a single or couple who enjoy living in the country. The property is located on a working cattle farm. You will often see and hear your docile Hereford neighbors (hopefully on the other side of the yard fence!) Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use on the property.
