The field stone fireplace has a brand new gas fireplace insert for added heat and ambiance. There is luxury plank flooring in the kitchen. The entire house has high quality replacement windows. Downstairs, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and an office (could be used as a bedroom). The bathroom has a shower and a tub, but it is quite small. Upstairs, there are two large, sunny bedrooms (privacy issue: you must go through one bedroom to get to the other.) The rustic cellar is only accessible by going outside; the cellar houses the new washer and dryer, and a separate upright freezer. The owner pays to fill the propane tank for the gas fireplace at the beginning of your rental. Any additional propane desired after the original fill will be paid for by the renter. Pets are allowed, but an extra $200 non-refundable deposit will be required for each animal. Albemarle County leash laws will be observed by renters; dogs are allowed to be off leash only on the rental-unit property. Dogs are not allowed to run free in other farm areas. The following breeds of dogs are not allowed due to farm insurance restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, or any dog that is a mix including one or more of the breeds listed above.
