Our home is in like new condition. We will consider any rental longer than 30 nights, but any lease longer than six months can only be a month-to-month thereafter. Our home is solar-powered and equipped with a Tesla Powerwall for reliable power supply and a Tesla Charger for your electric vehicle. The owner will consider any stay longer than 30 nights. An optional +$300 per month utilities fee applies. If the renter would like to put the utilities in their name while staying, we can waive that fee. Renters pay a $99 per month damage waiver protection fee instead of a security deposit.
