Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed. The master bathroom has a shower and a jetted tub. There is a covered deck off the master bedroom with a view of the Animas River. Gas, electric, water, trash and internet are included. The house is available from Dec. 3rd through March 3rd. We would prefer to rent for the three months but will do one month.
