(Average gas $40 per month) - You can lock your bike in the basement - 1 Cat allowed upon approval and non-refundable pet fee of $250. No Dogs. - Short walking distance to Pho Hong, Taco Gordo, Butch & Babes, Barrio Bakery, Knead Bakery, Little Morocco Cafe, Pizzeria Ida, Drifters, Shinjuku Station, Sangha Yoga Studio, Community Health Center and less than a mile to City Market Co-Op and Church Street - Responsive building manager- I will call you quickly and will resolve your issues quickly. My process is to show you the apartment, either in-person using safe socially distanced methods with a mask or to send you a video of the apartment - it's entirely up to you. If you would like to move forward with the lease, I'll ask for you and your roommate to each complete a background check via Zillow ($29), then if that passes, then I'll share a lease with you and the security deposit and first month's rent will be paid to an app called Cozy and will be due upon signing. I'll give you a key on the morning that you move in. Owner pays for trash removal, compost remove, water, and snow plowing. Tenant pays for heat and electric.
