    This property is family owned since 1968, it first restoration was in 1972, with wood paneling, and red Carpet. In 1999 my parents was one of the many afraid of Y2K, and moved to West Virginia mansion, which is where I spend a lot of time now, starting on its 2nd renovation. The house stayed empty for 7 years as my dad had a horrible car accident where he had to have his hip replaced and a long recovery, in 2007 we were back at Remodeling, we tore out all the paneling exposed the red brick from the front door to the kitchen, Sheetrocked everything else. we roved the carpet and installed white oak floors from the main entrance to the kitchen and added a half bath to the First Floor, updated the heating and air-conditioning systems. And Red bricked yard as a patio where once was a cracked concrete back yard. We even found an original front door from Second Chance. Finally, we removed the mildew from the walls in the basement and painted it with dry-lock turning it into a used large storage space, my dad and I spent many nights together working on school projects and hobbies together. My mom and sister would spend their time making dolls, and cooking. So from my family to your I hope you can make many memories as we have lived there for 31 Years together and owned it for 58 Years.
