This place is awesome and the location can't be beat, 5 minute walk to the U, you don't need a car. Very large 4 bedroom townhome with wood floors, two separate living areas, formal dining room as well as a really cool breakfast nook in the kitchen. The place is nice and we want to keep it that way, so no partiers and you must have a good reference from a former landlord and proof of income. In addition to above listed amenities it also has, a nice laundry room, large storage room and the back yard is big and has a great patio for grilling and hanging out. No pets. No exceptions. When contacting please include all relevant info in your text...how many people, pets, source of income and when you want to move in. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, this includes outside and visitors as well. It also includes weed, if you cannot work with this do not bother applying. Landlord pays trash, sewer, water, Snow removal and lawn care. No pets.
