Hello soon-to-be-new-friend! We are seeking an awesome housemate to join our one-of-a-kind co-ed house on a beautiful, quiet, street in Mar Vista -- the neighborhood adjacent to Venice Beach. The house is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3100 sq ft, 2-story house-- fully furnished, on a quarter acre plot of land, with an incredible backyard replete with fruit-tree filled garden. You'd be getting an upstairs bedroom with a private bathroom to yourself. The room is available for move-in starting March and we are seeking a long term housemate to join us until the end of our current lease. We are looking for a housemate that has a great vibe. Adjectives that might be ascribed to you include easy going, super clean and tidy, financially stable, respectful, communicative. Other ideal personality traits include preferring to host conscious gatherings and dinner parties rather than ragers, preferring to partake in a wellness event rather than getting drunk and yelling at the TV. It may sound like we're picky. We are. Alas. Dream big? The room is available for move-in starting 3/1/26 and we are seeking a long term housemate to join us until the end of our current lease which expires 3/1/27, at which point we can collectively decide if we want to renew (we have been living here since 2018 and have renewed the lease every year).
