Use the provided WIFI to work remote or enjoy complimentary access to co-working at the Office Evolution Hillsboro business center. - 30 day minimum stay - Everyone staying must complete a background check - Utilities, internet and garbage service are included. - First month rent and security deposit are due at signing - Cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit - Up to two pets are allowed, with a fee of $50 each per month - Absolutely no smoking, vaping or drug use in or on the property - The tenant is responsible for ensuring guests follow house rules - Violating house rules may result in additional fees and/or termination of the lease agreement
