There is a very large living room area about 700 sq ft with an entertainment center with a fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with a dining room that fits 8 at a table as well as an island that fits 2 more. It also comes with a bar with plug access for a drink fridge. The garage is a 3.5 car and is about 1,000 sq ft with an industrial heater. The backyard is also large with a covered patio and a TV that is available to use. The basement comes with many storage shelves and a laundry room with washer and dryer. This property is spacious with much room for privacy and everything you could need for comfortable living! I will rarely ever be at the property, and if anything goes wrong with the property, feel free to call me at anytime if repairs are needed. I am very easy going and willing to work with you. There is a large back yard with a covered patio and a TV that you are free to use. If furniture is needed I can leave it partially furnished for you, just let me know. All utilities besides internet will be taken care of. There is a long driveway that can accommodate as much parking as you would need. I am fine with smoking as long as it is done outside.
