The cottage was entirely rebuilt in 2007. It is heated and air conditioned and has an optional gas fed and glassed-in "wood" stove. The cottage has bamboo flooring, sliding glass doors to the patio from the bedroom, ample closets, included washer and dryer and a new kitchen (with all appliances) and bathroom. There is also attic space suitable for additional storage with a pull-down staircase. We are pet friendly assume your pet is equally friendly. We are flexible regarding lease terms beyond the first year and we would appreciate a candid statement of your intended stay. This is a cottage on a 7.5 acre North Stamford estate. Rent includes all utilities and services except internet and phone (includes electric, heat, A/C, water, trash and parking unless use exceeds norms). Lease is a minimum of one year and flexible thereafter and requires 1 month notice.
