We have have apartments available. They are one bedroom and both furnished and unfurnished. Our office manager is at the apartments on Monday to Friday 8:30 to 12:30 & 2:30 to 5:00. She is available to give you a tour. We have a $27 application fee and $750 security deposit and $100 non-refundable utility deposit that is due before moving in. We run a credit and background check. There is a minimum monthly gross income requirement of $2,500 and at least 6 months of work history required. We offer 12 month leases. The monthly rent is $750 and includes free parking and internet. Utilities are separate and usually cost about $100 per month.
