Tenants must be okay with a gardener having access to the backyard and front yard on a weekly basis. Renters Insurance is mandatory and Renters must show proof of a Renter's Insurance Policy 1 week prior to moving in. No Smoking allowed in the home. Pet deposit is $250.00 per pet. Limit of 2 pets. Pets must also be approved with home owners/renters insurance policies.
