The bedroom is spacious, quiet during the day, with desk and chair for working from home. A huge French window opens completely to the front garden so that you can enjoy the warm San Diego air. You would be sharing a bathroom with Christian, who is a very clean person. There are separate sinks and storage areas for each person in the bathroom. Olivia lives in the master bedroom which is to the back of the house, with it's own bathroom. Walking distance to everything North Park has to offer restaurants, bars, two local breweries (Hess & Thorn St), and a Thursday farmers market just 2 blocks away but tucked on quiet 32nd Street so you sleep well at night. What's included: - Private bedroom & shared bathroom - Bedroom furniture (queen bed, desk, chair, TV) - Shared kitchen, living room, porch, and laundry Utilities (water, electricity, gas & internet) are fixed at $100/mo, so your total each month would be $1,400. 6 month lease, and month-to-month after that. $1,000 deposit.
