I have a really large 2 bedroom unit available in Cudahy. The unit is located 4 blocks away from Lake Michigan and Sheridan Park. There are 2 bedrooms, an extremely large living room, bathroom, and large kitchen. There is also additional space (with washer and dryer hookups) in a basement. All of the flooring throughout the unit is new. In addition, the entire unit has been freshly painted. This unit is not yet ready, but almost. Ideally, I am looking for a tenant to move in no later than August 1st. The rent that I am asking for is $775 with no appliances. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity. - I do not accept anyone who has criminal convictions or any evictions (within ten years) - No smoking in the unit, but you can smoke outside on the porch - I must have a security deposit upon acceptance - No dogs allowed - There are no infestations in the house. If you are bringing in any pests such as bed bugs, roaches, or mice, etc., then don't even bother applying because I will terminate the tenancy immediately.
