    I lowered the price to match the appraisal I just obtained. $307k Simple and practical country home on 15 acres (4 cleared and 11 wooded). We have raised our kids here over the last 20 years and it was perfect for children, dogs, a cat, goats for awhile and even some chickens once. Great area with even better neighbors. Definitely a home town feel. We are moving out of the state and have sold our condo near FSU and brought the boys back home. I have added a couple interior photos recently and will continue to add more as we make updates to the house. We are posting this on Zillow a little before it is show worthy just in case someone wants to purchase (as-is) before we make a few needed repairs and updates after 20 years. The Monticello area is fantastic. Country living at its best. We are proud to state that our county is the only one in Florida without a traffic light. We are still only 20 minutes to Tallahassee and 5 miles to I-10. Work in town and live out where you can breathe. Monticello is a small town but still has plenty to offer if you want to stay out of the Capital. We have a handful of great local restaurants and few fast food chains too, two grocery stores, three auto parts places, a hardware/lumber yard and a tractor supply. A small town with of plenty charm. More about the property: Fantastic lawn and great space to get out and play. Hunt on your own land and enjoy hobbies in the spacious workshop. It has nearly 900 sq ft in the main garage but over 2400 of covered space. Bring your tools and toys everything has a space under cover. The shop has plenty of electric for all your needs and is on a separate meter. Welders, compressors and saws no problem. Privacy is at a premium as I cannot see any neighboring homes from our house. The two driveways each have automatic gates and the home has a security system. There is a spring back in the woods that flows even in a drought, so a pond could be added that would stay clean and fresh. Again, I will continue to add photos of the inside of the house over the next couple of weeks. We are willing to work with buyers agent.
