We are offering our cabin as a partially furnished long term rental, starting fall 2026. Conveniently located midway between Grand Lake and Granby - and just off 34, so easily accessible. Our rustic cabin is 3 BR/1BA on a quarter acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is about 500 ft down the road- great for kayaking, ice fishing, etc There is an outbuilding that is not heated that can be used for some storage. Available for long term rental starting appx 9/1/2026 Will consider pets with appropriate pet rent and pet deposit. $2,500 Security Deposit and first months rent prior to move in. (Landlord reserves right to also request last months rent before signing lease) Tenant pays utilities (gas, electric, trash, sewer, internet), landlord covers water via well. Background/credit check of $48/adult is required prior to executing lease. This is our family cabin, our priority is in finding someone that will take good care of it. NO SMOKING of any type. Our preference would be for someone who wants to lease from fall of 2026 through appx May of 2027 (9 months). There may also be an option to renew through spring of 2028
