Welcome to the Conroe Lakefront Cottage, with breathtaking WIDE OPEN views of Lake Conroe! While experiencing the ultimate in relaxation & resort style living, this haven offers everything you need for a peaceful & restful time by the lake. Enjoy kayaks, paddle boarding, swimming, or fish right off our dock. We provide it all! With 4 bedrooms our place can accommodate 12 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, or short term (3 night minimum) vacation rental. Your lake bliss awaits at the Lakefront Cottage! Guests have access to entire property, except 3 indoor closets, and two outdoor closets. Guess can enjoy the huge private dock for fishing, or lounging. Guests will also have access to our wrap around patio, BBQ pit, fire pit and nice size backyard, as well as the front fenced in covered patio. For a club fee, guests can also have access to our private, members only, full range of first-rate amenities. Golf, Tennis, Three pools, Hot tub, Live music, Entertainment, Gym, and Lakefront Dinning, are some of the many opportunities at the private club! There is an office on the first floor with a day bed and pull out bed. The office space provides a work station with desk, desk chair, and dual screens for all your home office work needs. A beautifully decorated loft is located on the second floor for extra accommodations, with a king bed, and twin bed. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor boasts two full beds. We also have a Pack N Play available if needed, in the guest closet. Closets are available to hang clothes, in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Dressers are also available in every room. Smart TVs are available in every room with full cable, and all the major channels, using YouTube tv access, and Roku. Kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials. Three Kayaks, two paddle boards, and lily pad float are also available. The lily pad must be requested three days in advance, so we can set it up. We also provide the following fishing equipment: net, fishing pole, and bait container. Life jackets available too! I. Per HOA regulations guests must launch boat and jet skis at public marina, which is 4 minutes away. *There is a $100 refundable deposit for each boat and jet ski lift remote. Check with host to see if lifts are available for an extra cost. *Pellet grill, out door towels, ax throwing game, corn hole, and a huge lawn for games, (or other events)are also available.
