Noisy or disorderly conduct that is annoying or disturbing other residents will not be allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring unregistered persons. PARKING: One (1) parking space is assigned to each apartment. (Unless prior arrangements have been made). If you bring a car, confirm the vehicle licensing plate and color. Hand carwash or car repair (motorbikes, cars, and trucks) is not allowed on the property at any time. GARBAGE: A $99 cleaning fee will be charged once for having excess garbage. Please leave the kitchen, utensils, and the areas of the apartment free of garbage. NO SMOKING: Strictly forbidden to smoke inside the unit. Evidence of smoking inside the building will result in a penalty charge of $150 or the non-return of the security deposit. PETS: Pet-friendly units. A refundable deposit of $225 (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Additionally, a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $99 (per pet) will be requested and must be paid before the check-in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). GUEST INTERACTION: We will answer any questions you have during your stay as soon as possible. USE OF CANNABIS: Cannabis is illegal in Florida except for medical purposes. It is strictly prohibited in the entire property. POOL USE: Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No running. No diving.
