This fully furnished apartment located on the 1st floor can comfortably accommodate 7 people. Unit Configuration: *Master Bedroom: Queen size bed + Smart Tv Second room: 1 Full size bed + 1 single bed +Desk and chair Living room: King size sofabed Dining room with table for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven), elegant furniture, iron, among others. TYPE OF BUILDING Condo building DAMAGES: Resident(s) shall be held responsible for any repairs or damage resulting from the misuse of such equipment and shall reimburse management for necessary expenses incurred to repair and/or replace them. Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. NOISE: Thoughtfulness is appreciated and expected. Residents are requested to control the volume of stereos, televisions, and musical devices within the apartment. Noisy or disorderly conduct that is annoying or disturbing other residents will not be allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring unregistered persons. PARKING: One (1) parking space is assigned to each apartment. (Unless prior arrangements have been made). If you bring a car, confirm the vehicle licensing plate and color. Hand carwash or car repair (motorbikes, cars, and trucks) is not allowed on the property at any time. GARBAGE: A $99 cleaning fee will be charged once for having excess garbage. Please leave the kitchen, utensils, and the areas of the apartment free of garbage. NO SMOKING: Strictly forbidden to smoke inside the unit. Evidence of smoking inside the building will result in a penalty charge of $150 or the non-return of the security deposit. PETS: Pet-friendly units. A refundable deposit of $225 (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Additionally, a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $99 (per pet) will be requested and must be paid before the check-in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). GUEST INTERACTION: We will answer any questions you have during your stay as soon as possible. USE OF CANNABIS: Cannabis is illegal in Florida except for medical purposes. It is strictly prohibited in the entire property. POOL USE: Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No running. No diving. Supervise kids. Toddlers must wear swim diapers. No more than 4 swimmers at a time. Limit of 1 guest per resident. No animals in the pool. No glass bottles.
