Absolutely no animal are allowed to be kept at the unit. There is also a no smoking policy, so if you smoke then I am sorry this will not be a unit for you. There is also a policy of no parking on the grass which means that either you park on the street or in the drive and garage. All applications are done through Zillow online so to be considered you must fill out an application through them. They also do not accept section 8 vouchers.
