The neighborhood is wonderful. there is a very active Old Irving Park association that organizes event for the neighborhood. More directly, the courtyard is great for summer socializing. The neighbors are fantastic. There is a block party in the summer. The location is fantastic for anyone needing to take the train. Very close to the highway. Walkable to restaurants, Starbucks, local parks, the el and the metra!
