First month's rent and deposit due upon signing rental agreement. This is a quiet complex, with several people working from home. We don't require renters insurance, but encourage it. Only individuals named in the rental agreement may live in the apartment. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No more than 2 people may live in the apartment.
