There is a laundry room with two coin-operated washers and dryers and a laundry line outside. There is free parking in front of the unit. All utilities are included, ie gas, electricity, water, sewer and garbage. We rent month to month, but hope to find renters for 1-3 years. First month's rent and deposit due upon signing rental agreement. This is a quiet complex, with several people working from home. We don't require renters insurance, but encourage it. Only individuals named in the rental agreement may live in the apartment. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
