Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional. Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human's disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task. Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration
