However, please do note that the driveway is quite narrow and will only accommodate a smaller car. The front porch is shared by all residents of the house and is ideal for sitting, watching the neighborhood, and maybe playing a trumpet or violin or just enjoying the sound of birds, whatever you'd like, as long as you can strike harmony with the neighbors. There is laundry in the basement. Additionally, this apartment has plenty of storage. There is a closet in the bedroom. Plus, in the attic, each apartment gets its own closet with a lock. This is perfect for storing seasonal items. It smells very good there, like an attic your grandmother might have had. It's a cozy place to tuck away treasured items that you want to keep. This house was built in 1900. It is in a historic district, so note the beautiful outside colors. We like to take walks around the neighborhood, just to look at the houses. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer included in your rental (one is pay by quarters, the other is free). These are located in a basement and shared by all four units of the house. We are two landlords who enjoy managing our small real estate business and try our best to keep our houses in good shape, our people safe and everything well maintained. We have good relationships with all of our tenants and we ask that they be stewards of the apartments, alerting us if something is wrong so that we can fix it.
