It is also walking distance from the Kleinhans Music Hall, where you can hear the Buffalo Philharmonic or attend the Babel author readings and lectures. This apartment is a safe and secure two bedroom. It has stainless steel appliances, a rain shower, laundry in the basement and an off street parking spot (driveway is narrow so please check that your car fits if you'd like to use the spot). It's tucked away on the lower floor, in the back of the house. The front porch is shared by all residents of the house and is ideal for people watching, reading a book with a tea, or maybe sipping on a beer from one of Buffalo's up and coming breweries. We recommend Hayburner from Big Ditch. If you are new to the area, this is a great way to meet the other residents of Hudson House or chat to neighbors on the street. We love when we talk to our tenants and hear that they know one another. Building community is part of the reason we like Buffalo real estate so much. This 1900 house has a basement where you can use the shared washer and dryer (one is pay by quarters, the other is free). The attic smells of cedar and allows for your very own storage unit. Our tenants find this handy for storing seasonal items. The keys are aligned for each apartment. C'est parfait! The other residents are friendly yet quiet and respectful.
